Niger Tornadoes resumed full training at Bako Kontagora Stadium in Minna on Monday, 24 August, stepping up preparations for the 2026/27 NPFL season on the home pitch.
The Ikon Allah Boys had been working away from Minna while the stadium was renovated to the standard required for the new campaign. Daily Post reported the return, later carried by Leadership and other national sports desks.
The ground is still expected to receive NPFL inspection and approval before the season opens. Niger Tornadoes host Enyimba in Minna on Sunday, 30 August.
