Niger Tornadoes Sign Liberian Goalkeeper Derrick Daddy Julu

Niger Tornadoes Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Liberian international goalkeeper Derrick Daddy Julu from fellow Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Ikorodu City FC.

The 24-year-old shot-stopper has signed a two-year contract with the Ikon Allah Boys as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the 2026/27 NPFL season.

Julu arrives with an impressive pedigree, having earned 14 international caps for the Liberian national team. He also brings valuable continental experience, having featured in both the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup during his time with former club Watanga FC.

Known for his commanding presence, composure, and shot-stopping ability, Derrick is expected to add quality and healthy competition to Niger Tornadoes' goalkeeping department.
