Katsina United 1–0 Niger Tornadoes

Niger Tornadoes were beaten 1–0 by Katsina United in their Matchday 4 NPFL fixture at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium on Saturday, 19 September.

Abdulrahman Garba scored the only goal in the 21st minute, giving the home side a lead they protected through the remainder of the match.

Tornadoes created opportunities and recorded nine attempts, with two on target, but could not find an equaliser. Head coach Kabiru Dogo said missed chances had cost his team the result.
